By installing Cangrejito on your store or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you use Cangrejito on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
Cangrejito is an AI-assisted store operations hub that connects to supported e-commerce platforms (currently Tienda Nube, with Shopify in closed beta) and lets merchants run store operations through conversational workflows, pre-built procedures, task boards, and dashboards. Features may evolve; we may add, change, or retire capabilities as the product develops. AI-generated output can contain mistakes — you remain responsible for reviewing changes the assistant proposes or applies to your store.
Paid plans are billed monthly per active installation at the price published on the pricing page, plus metered overage beyond the included monthly volumes. Trials do not require a credit card. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; billing stops at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content or activity, no attempts to breach security or access other tenants' data, no reselling of the service without our written consent, and no use of the AI assistant to send spam or deceptive communications. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other merchants at risk.
You retain all rights to your store data. You grant us the licenses needed to operate the service (processing catalog, order, and customer data on your behalf). Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. On uninstall we deactivate billing and schedule deletion of stored assets.
The Cangrejito software, brand, and content are the property of The Hipster Cloud S.A. or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code beyond normal use of the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Disputes will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Tandil, Buenos Aires Province, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
